Mirage IP Sues Oscor, Inc. for Infringement of Catheter Patent

May 3, 2017 – On May 2, 2017, Mirage IP sued Oscor Inc. for infringement, alleging that Oscor’s “VENOS” occlusion balloon catheter infringes U.S. Patent No. 6,958,059, entitled “Methods and Apparatuses for Drug Delivery to an Intravascular Occlusion.”

The case is captioned Mirage IP LLC v. Oscor Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, TXED-2-17-cv-00381.
