Mirage IP Sues The Spectranetics Corporation for Infringement of Catheter Patent

May 3, 2017 – On May 2, 2017, Mirage IP sued The Spectranetics Corporation, alleging that Defendant’s catheters, such as the AngioSculpX Drug-Coated

PCTA Scoring Balloon Catheter, infringes its U.S. Patent No. 6,958,059, entitled “Methods and Apparatuses for Drug Delivery to an Intravascular Occlusion.”

The case is captioned Mirage IP LLC v. The Spectranetics Corporation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, TXED-2-17-cv-00382.
